π Step-by-Step: How to Return or Exchange
- Contact Our Crew
Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the Return/Exchange Request Template below to make sure you give us all the info we need to help you quickly! - Get Your RMA & Instructions
We’ll review your request and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with detailed return instructions and the shipping address for our returns center. Please do not send anything back without an RMA number. - Pack It Up
Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the RMA email inside the package. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box. - Ship It Back
Send your package to the address we provide using a trackable shipping service. We recommend keeping your tracking number for reference. As soon as your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

Once your return is received and approved, here’s what happens:
- Processing Time: β±οΈ Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of our returns center receiving your package.
- Issued To: π³ The refund will be issued to the original payment method you used at checkout (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Bank Timing: π¦ Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or PayPal’s processing times. This can typically take 3-10 additional business days.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the standard shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

To keep the good vibes flowing for everyone and for health & safety reasons, the following items from our menu are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Hats & Hair accessories (for hygiene reasons). Glasses & Goggles (for hygiene and safety reasons).
Please choose these items carefully! For all other categories like Bodysuits, Tops, Bottoms, Trippy Clothing, Pashminas, etc., our standard return policy applies as long as conditions are met.

Want a different size or color? We got you!
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- The process follows the same steps as a return (see above).
- Once we receive your original item, we will ship out the exchanged item. You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs for the new item.
- If the item you want is out of stock, we can issue a refund or offer store credit.
