π The Policy Basics
- π Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your item.
- β¨ Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- π§Ύ Proof of Purchase: Have your order number or confirmation email ready.
- π Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we made an error (wrong or defective item).
π Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process
- Contact Our Crew: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days. Use the template below to speed things up!
- Get Your RMA & Instructions: We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a returns center address. Do not send anything back without an RMA.
- Pack It Up: Securely pack the item(s), ideally in original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation/RMA email inside. Write the RMA number on the outside of the box.
- Ship It Back: Send your package to the provided address using a trackable service. Keep your tracking number!
- We Inspect & Notify: Once received and inspected, we’ll email you about the status of your refund or exchange.
