Our festival drops can sell out quickly! All items are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we’ll notify you promptly and offer alternatives or a refund.

Placing Your Order
When you place an order, you’re making an offer to purchase which we may accept or decline. Order confirmation emails are not acceptance—only shipment confirmation constitutes acceptance.

All payments are processed securely. We don’t store your complete payment card details on our servers.
Pricing & Taxes
All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes won’t affect confirmed orders. You are responsible for any applicable sales tax based on your shipping destination.

Processing Time
We need 1-2 business days to lovingly prepare your order for its journey to you. During high-energy festival seasons, this might take a tad longer—we appreciate your vibes!
Shipping Options
We ship worldwide (except a few remote areas) with festival-fast energy! ⚡
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx • 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping: FREE on orders over $50 via EMS • 15-25 business days after shipment
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We recommend ordering well before your festival!
International Orders
You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country. These are not included in the shipping cost or product price.
🔄 6. Returns, Exchanges & The Good Vibes Guarantee
If something isn’t quite your vibe, our policy is designed to be as smooth as your best festival moves.
Return Basics
- Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your item
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Proof of Purchase: Have your order number or confirmation email ready
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we made an error
The Return Process
- Contact our crew at [email protected] within 15 days
- We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Securely pack the item(s) with the RMA number on the outside
- Ship using a trackable service and keep your tracking number
- We inspect and notify you about your refund or exchange status
Refunds
- Processed within 5-7 business days of our returns center receiving your package
- Issued to your original payment method
- Allow 3-10 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We got you! Exchanges follow the same process as returns. You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs. If your desired item is out of stock, we can issue a refund or store credit.
